Established in the early 1960’s, Caeran is an award-winning, small, family-run park, located in a peaceful rural location on the banks of the River Elwy, North Wales.

With only 51 privately owned plots, Caeran is a small family-run caravan park in North Wales that has welcomed generations of families.

Located within a majestic riverside setting on the banks of the River Elwy, Caeran is an award-winning hidden gem, offering real peace, tranquillity and seclusion, yet is only 10 minutes drive from Bodelwyddan (A55 expressway).

Adjacent to a delightful stone bridge, Caeran Caravan park is truly unique. Nestling in a sheltered valley with a backdrop of mature woodland, the park also benefits from a south-westerly aspect, guaranteeing long sunny days. An extensive re-development programme is underway, with over 30 newly refurbished plots comprising concrete bases and piped gas.

Caeran is one of the most relaxing and ‘get-away-from-it-all’ caravan parks in North Wales. The location of the park is an ideal and perfectly safe one for families. For those who enjoy the outdoors, there are various opportunities, including private river access, trout fishing and wonderful country walks. The park is pet-friendly and the excellent on-site facilities grace those of much larger holiday parks.

Opened in the summer of 2018, The Mill is a member’s venue & bar. Open most Saturday evenings, The Mill offers a fantastic range of draught and bottled drinks (many locally produced), a terraced area and occasional entertainment/theme nights throughout the season. This facility is a rare find for such a small park.

Approximately 20 minutes away is the cathedral city of St Asaph and 30 minutes away is Llandudno, the queen of the Welsh Resorts. Further afield is glorious Snowdonia and Anglesey, all within one hours drive. There are various activities to do within driving distance of the park, which include golf courses, cycling/mountain biking, horse riding, sightseeing, places to eat and much more.
