Warranty & Aftercare Information

Pre-owned caravan holiday homes comes with a standard 3 month warranty.

Please note:

  • All claims must be made within 3 months of the invoice or delivery date.
  • 'Off site' Caravans which are too old to go onto a Caravan Park and are usually used as storage, do not come with any warranty and are sold as seen.
  • Warranty does not cover windows, window arms or table legs, all of which will be checked on P.D.I. and replaced if necessary.
  • We do not replace dayseats, mattresses, carpets or curtains
