Park DescriptionAberdunant Hall Caravan Park can be found situated in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park, near Porthmadog on the west coast of North Wales. The park is hidden within 200 acres of mature woodland, creating a tranquil and peaceful surrounding for the perfect escape.
Hidden in the calming and serene location, upon arrival at Aberdunant Hall you’ll see the spectacular Victorian Manor House, the centrepiece of the park, which inside boasts a luxurious bar and restaurant. On the grounds of the park you’ll also find nature trails, woodland walks and stunning waterfalls which add to the backdrop of the park, encompassing a truly serene and picturesque holiday park.
There is plenty to do in this area of Wales to keep you and your family entertained. The nearby town of Porthmadog is home to a variety of restaurants, pubs and shops, where lazy afternoons can be spent exploring the high street, trying some fresh local produce, whilst shopping through the kitsch boutiques. Porthmadog is also home to some stunning beaches, the perfect place to spend a summer’s day. Local AreaThe Lleyn Peninsula is a peninsula of some 30 miles located south west of Anglesey. The area is best known for its miles of sandy beaches, stunning inland scenery and as a focal point for water sports fans. There is a modern marina at Pwllheli and surfing, sailing, kayaking and jet skiing particularly popular at locations such as Abersoch. The area also boasts a number of good golf courses.
Very popular with younger people and young families, many parks in the area offer longer seasons and many owners enjoy longer stays or commute for the weekends.
Main towns include Porthmadog, Pwllheli, Morfa Nefyn, Criccieth and Abersoch.
Although it takes a little longer to the Lleyn Peninsula, travel is easy from the Midlands and north west.
