To go with the parks rural location, Dolgamedd takes a natural approach when it comes to the park. Don’t expect to find a swimming pool, bar or shop, instead you are encouraged to use the natural river by the park if you want a dip, though it may not be warm, visit the local public inns to get a true sense of Wales and support the local economy by visiting the local shops and in the village of Dolgellau.
