Dunkasons Caravan Park is set in the small village of Gronant, in Flintshire, North Wales. The holiday park is a peaceful, get away from it all type park in the rural countryside. Dunkasons is family friendly and allows owners to bring their dogs along with them during their stay at the park.

A 10 minute walk from Dunkasons takes you to Gronant beach. Here you’ll find the Gronant Dunes, which make up an extensive network of dunes that spread across from Prestatyn toward Denbighshire and Flintshire. The dunes were designed as a local nature reserve and have since been recognised as a site of special scientific interest.

The North West Welsh coast is synonymous with caravan parks and caravan holidays.

If you're looking for a traditional family caravan park holiday, with miles of beaches and plenty of activities for the kids or a quiet select park then the coast is for you!

But that is not all; the North West Wales coast is the ideal base to use as a stepping stone to discover so many areas of North Wales, all within easy travelling distance with excellent transport links.

Travel to the North West Wales coast is extremely easy; the A55 dual carriageway extends all the way along the coast from the M56 making all areas easily reached from Merseyside, Manchester, the north west and the Midlands.

Main towns include Prestatyn, Rhyl, Towyn, Llanddulas, Colwyn Bay and Llandudno.
