Park DescriptionSet between the towns of Conwy and Betws y Coed, Fron Francis Caravan Park can be found nestled in a sheltered wooded hollow in the hillside of the small town of Llanrwst. The park is a one with nature, surrounded by oak, spruce, ash and silver birch, making it an ideal setting for natural wildlife to thrive. The park is also a haven for birds, where you can catch glimpses of woodpeckers, flycatchers, buzzards and occasionally a red kite.
Fron Francis is a truly minimalist park, with no bar, no club, no amusements or swimming pool to be found. Instead it acts as a perfect retreat to get away from the stresses of everyday life. The small town of Llanrwst is only a short distance away, where you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs and takeaways, to satisfy all your needs.
The location of the park is superb and acts as an ideal central location to explore the rest of Snowdonia and North Wales. Whether you wish to explore Gwydir Forest by foot, roam through the hills and valleys toward the river or visit the tourist towns of Conwy and Llandudno, nowhere is too far away, only a short 20 minute drive.
