Set only a few minutes from the coastal town of Prestatyn. Prestatyn is famous for its sunny sands and coastline with rolling dunes, but is also considered as the northern gateway for walking in North Wales. It not only boasts the start (or end) of the Offas Dyke National Trail but also features the North Wales Path, Clwydian Way and recently launched Dee Way. The area is rich in history and the surrounding countryside offers walks in Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, nature reserves and a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and the town has been awarded the "Walkers are Welcome" accreditation.
Prestatyn offers many recreational activities for all age groups, and is not only a very fine place to live, but also to visit. The town has the additional benefit of providing an ideal base from which to discover North Wales and the surrounding Borderlands.
