Nant Newydd is situated in a lovely location on the east side of the beautiful Isle of Anglesey, and is the perfect setting for a healthy, carefree and economical family holiday -it is totally uncommercialised. It is located within a small valley and is sheltered by trees and gorse bushes, giving a peaceful country atmosphere ideal for relaxing.

 

The stunning sandy beaches of Treath Bychan, Lligwy and Benllech are all within a five minute drive of Nant Newydd, as is the beautiful old fishing village of Molfre, famous for its lifeboat and stunning coastal walks. This beautiful coastline provides the ideal opportunity to go swimming, sailing, water skiing, fishing, boating, sub-aqua diving, jet skiing, exploring rockpools, beachcombing or just building sandcastles and sunbathing, Further inland Anglesey's countryside with rugged features and rocky outcrops, featuring countless opportunities to go rambling, play golf, ride horses, go birdwatching or just relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Just off the island lies the snowdonia national park, featuring medieval castles, beautiful lakes and mountains, Snowdon -the highest peak in England and Wales -and countless pretty villages, beaches and magnificent scenery.

Anglesey, also known by its Welsh name of Ynys Môn is an island off the North Wales coast, connected to the mainland by two bridges. The coastline of Anglesey varies from rocky coves with lighthouse, to many miles of unspoilt sandy beaches.

There are a good number of holiday parks on Anglesey, perfect for exploring the island on foot, by bike or car; for swimming, fishing, sailing and canoeing or just relaxing on the beach. Day trips to Ireland by fast ferry from Holyhead opens up yet more variety. Anglesey really is the perfect venue for family holidays that will be remembered for years to come.

Anglesey is easily reached from Merseyside, Manchester and the north west with dual carriageway all the way from the M56.
