Park Description

Ogwen Bank Holiday Park is set within 12 acres of luscious woodland on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, in the quaint welsh town of Bethesda. Located in the outskirts of the spectacular Ogwen Valley, the park has a unique backdrop of Ogwen Falls, with the river Ogwen running directly alongside the park.

The park is a welcoming, family friendly park perfect for those looking for some rest and relaxation from their holiday away. The tranquil setting, amidst the tall trees provides the perfect location to find some peace and serenity. On site you’ll find a whole host of facilities to keep you busy during your stay. Deep in the heart of the park you’ll find the ‘Olde Worlde Country Club, with an excellent, well stocked bar, complete with a traditional log fire, the perfect place to spend your evenings relaxing and unwinding. Bar meals are also served throughout the day and evening, great for when you don’t feel like cooking. On site there is also an outdoor playground for children to enjoy, as well as live music, video games and television.

In this part of North Wales there is so much to do and explore to keep you and your family entertained. Ogwen Bank is in the heart of Snowdonia, making it easy to take advantage of the spectacular views of the area, whether you want to walk up Snowdon, the tallest mountain in Wales, or try an easier route, exploring the mountains closer to the park. Next to the park you’ll find the fastest zip line in Europe, known as zip world. Do you dare to ride Titan head first, giving you spectacular views of Bethesda and its quarry? The nearest town is Bangor, just a short 5 minute drive away, here you’ll find a range of shops and restaurants to explore.
