Parc Farm Caravan Park is located in the heart of Wales surrounded by beautiful Countryside next to the River Tanat in the village of Penybonfawr.

Parc Farm Caravan Park is ideal if you are looking for a quiet rural holiday but with activities and attractions at your fingertips.

A well-maintained family run park which attracts those looking for outdoor pursuits and family activities such as kayaking, sailing, windsurfing, boating, horse riding, abseiling, archery and game shooting at Lake Vyrnwy. There is also a huge mountain Bike Park nearby which attracts people from all over the UK.

 But If its fishing you love, Parc Farm Caravan Park allows for fishing of trout and grayling right from the site itself…the ideal park for those individuals with a fishing hobby!

Facilities at the park includes launderette and WIFI, there is also the play area and a small football pitch over the river… a splendid spot for a gentle kick about well away from the accommodation area, which means that if you're indulging in a spot of R&R, you're really not very likely to be disturbed by flying footballs.

A nice local pub and a shop for general groceries, newspapers and your morning milk can be found in the village of Penybontfawr, an easy five-minute stroll away. Nearby Llanfyllin and Llanrhaeadr both have a butchers shop, a chemist, cash machines and a couple of mini markets if you need anything beyond the usual essentials, so you've got everything you might need within very easy reach. Food is also served in the local pubs, hotels and restaurants around the area, many of which are child - and dog-friendly.

 

This inland area of North Wales is epitomised by a gentler rolling countryside than Snowdonia. It is the ideal area for outdoor pursuits including cycling, walking, white-water rafting and kayaking.

A major bonus of this area is the short travelling time from the Midlands and Cheshire allowing caravan holiday home owners to enjoy short breaks or weekends away with minimal planning and travel time.

Parks vary from small private parks tucked away in the countryside to large parks with all the facilities you would expect of a family holiday park.

Main towns include Wrexham, Mold, Denbigh, Llangollen, Corwen and Bala.
